Lewenberg (Solomon) School is built.

Architect: Desmond & Lord. Named for the civic leader and philanthropist, it is located at 20 Outlook Road. The school closes on June 26, 2009, and the building subsequently becomes the home of the Young Achievers Science and Mathematics Pilot K-8 School.
